3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping’s are made by air, boat and land transport or the combination of any of them.
Shipping times are submitted to the chosen transport or depending on the agreement between the transport agencies (incoterms) and the supplier that will be notice to the client previously.
Ctents is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing boxes if the shipper marks the packages as delivered. All orders are insured via the shipping agent.
If you are shipping to a third party handler, such as a freight forwarder, that party is responsible for your order once it is released by the shipping agent.
Import Fees, Taxes, and Duty
Some countries have elected to impose import fees, taxes, or duty that varies by country. These fees are not paid by, collected by, or accounted for by Ctents. The shipping agent will collect any amount due prior to releasing your goods. Familiarize yourself with the import and taxes that your country has elected to impose by contacting your Customs Authority.
4. Payment Methods
The system will show automatically the payment methods for your order. Currently we are offering 2 different methods: via our secure online payment systems at checkout or via wire transfer to our bank.
Bank transfer
Throughout the purchasing process we will email you the confirmation order details and our bank account number to complete the payment on behalf of E. Rebull, S.A.
Please remember to fill in the form correctly with your name and reference order within 3 days after receiving the purchase confirmation to make it valid.
Purchases have to be placed in EUROS, so any exchange fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
It is very important to communicate with your bank to query any commissions due to exchanges or bank fees (included but not limited to) for all bank transfers placed from outside of Spain. If not, E. Rebull, S.A., will be able to dismiss your order for not receiving the settled amount.
5. Ctents Warranty
E. Rebull S.A. Offers a 2 year legal warranty plus an extra year towards manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not include the following:
Misuse of the tent or ordinary wear and tear , or damage arising from (but is not limited to) mold, mildew, inconsequential spot leakage, pole failure not caused by defective workmanship, ultraviolet exposure, fire, stove/air conditioner use, improper use/assembly/storage, or inclement weather conditions including but not limited to ice, snow, hail, wind, and lightening or For not following the maintenance instructions.
In the case of misplaced or damaged parts of the tent, a replacement can be sent out in a maximum period of 30 days.
Regarding damaged items: If it cannot be resolved who is responsible for the defect, the effected item will be sent to our technical assistance service (SAT) to analyse and evaluate, and determinate whether it corresponds to the warranty cover.
If you find a defect upon delivery of your tent (before use), you will need to contact our customer support department, where they will ask you for a photograph of the damage and we will proceed to change or substitute the affected item immediately.
Cost of return shipping for warranty items is at the responsibility of the customer. Cost of delivery of goods repaired or replaced under warranty may be covered by CTENTS.
6. Delivery and shipping costs
All prices shown do not include taxes. As a general rule, a 21% tax will be charged for purchases made in the European Union.
This fee will not have to be payed if you are an intra-community operator company based in the European Union, except for Spain.
Out of the European Union, no taxes will be charged except for those your country submits such as customs or other fees.
Due to the exceptional fiscal requirements of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, residents purchasing from these will not pay the 21% tax, although other expenses such as customs or import fees will be payed buy the buyer at the checkout.
Ctents prices can be revised and changed as needed at any time.
Special offers
All Ctents products shown on our website as offers will we appropriately described as, special offer, discount price, end of line or promotion. These offers will expire at the indicated date and automatically will disappear from the website.
